Apple In-Ear Headphones...

Hello from summer camp!

I have had a lot of headphones...

They have all been fine(Jaybirds have been amazing)...but I haven't found anything I would buy again.

My Vers bamboo headphones(reviewed in December), have started to fade. The rubber is peeling, and the sound comes out of the back of the headphones not they front.

These Behringer headphones, haven't been good for anything really except for using them as speakers. The air vents, that you can see here, let all of the sound escape through the headphones. As speakers they are alright, but if you don't want the room to here your music, don't buy these.

Finally though, I think I have found something that works.

The Apple In-Ear headphones. No wonder they are awesome, they are from Apple!

Starting with the top...

The actual buds are really cool. They have a very sleek design, with a shiny aluminum ring accent. The headphones also include some extra buds, incase you have some large or small ears. The case for these extras is ver Apple-esk.

This is what Apple says about the drivers, and sound quality of the earbuds...

Unlike many small headphones, each earpiece of the Apple In-Ear Headphones contains two separate high-performance drivers — a woofer to handle bass and mid-range sounds and a tweeter for high-frequency audio. These dedicated drivers help ensure accurate, detailed sound across the entire sonic spectrum. The result: you’re immersed in the music and hear details you never knew existed. Even when listening to an old favorite, you may feel like you’re hearing it for the first time.

They are telling the truth. The sound is really spectacular...

The headphones also have the quintessential control console...

Which in my opinion is very poorly placed...

After everything I think these headphones are a great buy. They seem tough, sturdy, and they play some great music. But as we all know, time is the true test!
